Women who go for various illegal employment jobs without registering in the foreign employment bureau will not be accepted to a security home operating under the Labor Welfare Division of the Embassy from 01st April.

Security homes have been established under the Labour Welfare Division for women who are registered in the Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau and going abroad for employment under the Labor Welfare Department and under this welfare facilities required for women visiting the embassy to avail the necessary services while engaged in foreign employment opportunities and other Providing accommodation facilities.
The reason for the establishment of security homes is only for women going for legal employment and the Bureau of Foreign Employment has taken action to provide all the necessary welfare facilities in security homes to women who went for foreign employment without registering them in bureau.
Women who go for employment abroad without registering in the bureau have been exposed in the past when they come to security homes when they have various mortgages while receiving police support to solve the disaster, were exposed by the media in the past.

இலங்கை வெளிநாட்டு வேலைவாய்ப்புப் பணியகத்தில் பதிவூ செய்து கொண்டு வேலைவாய்ப்பிற்காக வெளிநாடு செல்லும் பெண்;களுக்காக வெளிநாட்டிலுள்ள தூதுவராலயங்களில் தொழிலாளர் நலனோம்பல் பிரிவின் கீழ் பாதுகாப்பு இல்லங்கள் நிறுவப்பட்டுள்ளதுடன்இ அதன் கீழ் வெளிநாட்டு வேலைவாய்ப்பில் ஈடுபட்டிருக்கையில் தேவையான பல்வேறு சேவைகளைப் பெற்றுக் கொள்வதற்காக தூதுவராலயத்திற்கு வருகை தரும் பெண்களுக்குத் தேவையான நலன்புரி வசதிகள் மற்றும் தங்குமிட வசதிகள் வழங்கப்படுகின்றது.
இந் பாதுகாப்பு இல்லங்கள் நிறுவப்பட்டதற்கான காரணம் சட்டரீதியான முறையில் வெளிநாட்டு வேலைவாய்ப்பிற்காகச் செல்லும் பெண்களுக்கு மாத்திரமாகும் என்பதுடன் இற்றைவரை பணியகத்தில் பதிவூ செய்து கொள்ளாமல் வெளிநாட்டு வேலைவாய்ப்பிற்காகச் சென்ற பெண்களுக்கும் பாதுகாப்பு இல்லங்களில் தேவையான அனைத்து நலன்புரி வசதிகளையூம் வழங்குவதற்கு வெளிநாட்டு வேலைவாய்ப்புப் பணியகம் நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொண்டுள்ளது.
பணியகத்தில் பதிவூ செய்து கொள்ளாமல் வெளிநாட்டு வேலைவாய்ப்பிற்காகச் செல்லும் பெண்கள் பாதுகாப்பு இல்லங்களுக்கு வரும் சந்தர்ப்பங்களில் அவர்கள் பல்வேறு பிணக்குகளை ஏற்படுத்திக் கொள்வதுடன்இ அப்பிணக்கைத் தீர்ப்பதற்கு பொலீஸின் ஆதரவைப் பெற்றுக் கொண்ட சந்தர்ப்பங்களும் கடந்த காலங்களில் ஊடகங்கள் மூலம் வெளிப்படுத்தப்பட்டிருந்தது.
இந் நிலைமையை கட்டுப்பாட்டுக்குக் கொண்டு வருவதற்கு இலங்கை வெளிநாட்டு வேலைவாய்ப்புப் பணியத்தில் பதிவூ செய்து கொள்ளாமல் பல்வேறு சட்டரீதியற்ற முறையில் தொழிலுக்காக வெளிநாடு சென்று தொழில் செய்யூமிடத்தில் பிணக்குகளுக்கு முகங்கொடுத்து தூதுவராலயங்களுக்கு வருகை தரும் பெண்கள் 2023.04.01 ஆந் திகதியிலிருந்து பாதுகாப்பு இல்லங்களுக்கு பொறுப்பேற்பதை இடைநிறுத்த தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
விசேடமாக சட்டரீதியான முறையில் பெண்கள் வெளிநாட்டு வேலைவாய்ப்பிற்காக செல்வதை ஆர்வமூட்டுவதற்கும்இ பல்வேறு இடைத்தரகர்கள் மற்றும் சட்டரீதியற்ற வெளிநாட்டு வேலைவாய்ப்பு முகவர் நிறுவனங்களின் மூலம் பெண்கள் வெளிநாட்டு வேலைவாய்ப்பிற்காகச் செல்வதை தடுப்பதற்குமாக மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் நடவடிக்கையாக பணியகம் இத்தீர்மானத்துக்கு வந்துள்ளது.
